The rooms were tidy with a good internet connection, the staff were extremely friendly and excellent. It was a nice location close enough to a business park, a multiplex cinema and a very light and airy restaurant.

The place was reasonably priced. The venue was fairly clean and spacious. The location in a very quiet area was ideal and there were shopping centres and supermarkets nearby. The room was well laid out and good modern with large beds, nice bathroom plus bath for a fine stay. The staff was very very helpful and efficient, always there to help.

Had a perfect stay on a business trip, glad I've chosen it. I liked a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and central heating in the well-organised and great-sized room. There was a bath, a plus for me.

The tram stop near the hotel provided easy access to the metro network, making it convenient to explore the city. The room rate, including a delicious buffet breakfast, was incredibly affordable. The hotel's location near a cinema, restaurants, and a supermarket added to its convenience. The staff was helpful and provided a good service.

it was very clean, the breakfast was good, very quiet. A good hotel if you travel by car, no long to Madrid's center if you take the metro.

No to much variation of the menu of restaurant

They had American shows on two channels. When I asked for a top ten list the receptionist wrote one out for me.

It was a half mile from the metro stop so I always went back before 22:00. Not a bad area but no one was around. You had to buy to metro tickets into the city center.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was highly impressed with its quality services and enhanced comfort. The location, situated near a large central square in an industrial area, provided a quiet and peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and had a modern look to it, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped and spotlessly clean.

the only good thing was that the room was big

first of all the staff were not proffesional. they did not know what are the events in madrit they were not communicated ..the room when we arrived was not clean the breakfast was extremelous poor and it was not for a 4star hotel.also even it is near metro this is not the undreground and you have to change 3 metro stations in order to go the center

The hotel is rather good if you stay for business, nothing is really luxurious, but it's comfortable and clean for a reasonnable price
